About us

VHITEK controls the entire value chain of automatic devices in Vietnam: from circuit board design and firmware writing, to management systems and payment layers. Over 10,000 devices with VHITEK technology are operating in more than 30 provinces, processing over 500,000 transactions per day.

Why we do everything in-house

An automatic device malfunctioning anywhere becomes the seller's fault: the machine doesn’t accept money, transactions don’t go through, customers leave. When hardware is purchased from one place, firmware is outsourced from another, and software is sourced from elsewhere, every issue leads to a debate about whose fault it is.

VHITEK chose the harder path: designing circuit boards in-house, writing firmware ourselves, and building the operating system. A team responsible from start to finish means that when an issue arises, there is someone to fix it, and no one to blame.

Two member brands

VHITEK operates two brands, serving two different customer groups on the same technology platform:

• Thanhtoanqr.vn — upgrading QR payment for automatic machines in operation, without needing to replace the machines

• Chi Vi technology — equipment and operating systems for industrial washing and drying chains

• Design control circuit boards, power circuits, and communication circuits for automatic devices

• Write firmware and management systems operating by point and by area

• Integrate banks, e-wallets, and popular payment gateways in Vietnam

• Take custom designs, from prototypes to mass production
